Our newest version of the offset chassis is the next evolution of the original Howe offset chassis
built in 1981. These chassis provide lower total and maximum left side weight. Offset
chassis are often referred to as “straight rail” chassis because of the right frame running
straight from the front frame to the tail section. On the newest designs, the tail sections
have been narrowed on the right side to make the frame rail parallel with the
chassis centerline. This chassis is available in a “Template” and an “Outlaw” form.
Either version is available with a front or rear, right side mounted panhard bar mount.
